Our main products are NaOH,benzene chloride,liquid chlorine,PVC,triclorethylene,epihydrin,polyether,propylene glycol,combined muriatic acid,byproduct muriatic acid,hypchlorite,acetylene,hydrogen. HaOH is one of the important basic materials of chemical industry which is widely be used.It is mainly used to glue rayon,sythesize fibre,dye intermediate,regenerate rubber,dye fabric,produce paper and soap,process hides,refine petroleum. Benzene chloride can be used to produce hundreds of chemical products,and it is the material of caliche sulfuryl chlorobenzene,diphenyl ether,dyestuff,medicine and pesticide industry. PVC is one of the five most universal colophony.It is used to produce high leval electric insulated materials,common plastic soft products,industrial and cival membrane,hard pipe,hard parcle,cannula,section bar. Triclorethylene is under development in mainland China now.It can be used for porous materials,metalwork's scour,dry cleaning agt,some organic substance's extractant and anesthetic. Epihydrin is mainly used to produce polyether polyalcohol and propylene glycol.Polyether polyalcohol is widely used on family electrical appliance,housewares,buildings,autos,planes,,airproof,heat preservation,pipeline,decorate,sport equipment,etc.Propylene glycol is mainly used on industry and medicament.
We established a set of PVC production device in late 1950s and fetched in the most advanced PVC polymerization technique and key equapments from USA in 1986.The throughput have been boosted from 20,000 tons to 50,000 tons per year after a quite extensive technic reclaim.We bought 36% stock rights of newly founded Huludao JinHua PVC Co.Ltd.and Huludao JinHua Chloroethylene Co.Ltd.and became their prima stockholder.Now,the throughput of PVC are 130,000 tons per year which ranks five in domestic industry.We also be able to produce all the 1~8 types of colophony listed in national stndard. We bought the group company's epihydrin production device of 20,000 tons throughput per year and an ongoing project of 80,000 tons per year in the end of 2000.The former had a throughput of 50,000 tons per year after technic reclaim,and the other one was put into use in september,2001.Our throughput of epihydrin series ranks one both at home and in Asia with epihydrin 130,000 tons and polyether 110,000 tons per year. We have a set of benzene chloride production device with a throughput
of 20,000 tons per year and a set of triclorethylene with a throughput
of 6,000 tons per year which both rank two in domestic industry.
We had a temporary stockholder's meeting on Nov.16,2001.Following are the consideration that the meeting passed:sujoin Mr. Zhang Lijun,Mr. Liu Xudong and Ms. Yang Cuijie as the directers of the second directorate;subjoin Mr.Zhu Shuting,Mr.Wang Yi'an as the supervisors of the second board of supervisors. with a productivity of 120,000 tons per year was put in use in the
end of 2000 which engendered a sweeping productivity and a boosting
marcket occupancy.Now,we have a throughput of 290,000 tons per year
which ranks two in domestic industry.
